Mcdonald's - Grafton

This is hands down the worst McDonald's around. We were in a rush and with no other fast food options in the area, we reluctantly stopped for a fast dinner. I'm not sure if the owner is aware or simply could care less how customers are treated. While waiting for our order we witnessed a very angry female worker not only yelling and cussing at customers, she was actually throwing there food. I'm stunned at how this is allowed to go on. sadly this is not the first time by any means we have witnessed this same woman yelling and cussing and throwing orders. Last time she threw my order which of course was wrong and refused to give me my drink cups. Luckily there was a nice young man that came out and fixed everything. I feel awful for the other employees that this is what they have to deal with and it is clearly overlooked and allowed to go on. The owner should be ashamed.

More times than none they are not serving ice cream in the evenings. They will tell you their machine is down at this time. Tonight was the only one in the drive thru and when I pulled up to pay two employees were cussing each other out loudly. Then I had to pull up and wait a while for my food and had I not had checked my bag I would’ve drove away without my fries. When I got home and opened my cheeseburger there was about 2/3 of a burger patty, one tiny pickle and ketchup- no mustard or onions. This restaurant is normally subpar.

You will wait every time you eat here, not a fast experience.

We ordered our cheeseburger with nothing but pickles on it and they had ketchup and onions on them.

Bought a quarter pound bacon meal with a coffee...meat was burnt and the coffee was also burnt...sat next to management discussing employees performances...they should all look in the mirror..It was like seniors in school mocking juniors..I was the second in line complaining about the quality of the food...the employees response was I can make another but it will be awhile....perfectly understandable response after listening to the management...Try teaching and helping out and setting by example. I'M SURE THE COMPANY WOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THEIR ACTIONS..
