Subway - Grafton

There were a few teenagers working. When we arrived, they had an upset customer to deal with from the service he received days prior. The kids handled him professionally and were apologetic, though he acknowledged they weren't the ones working that day. It was busy. They worked hard to get everyone's sandwiches made and had great manners. Great work, kids!

Some of the employees have terrible attitudes, but for the most part most of them atleast try to be pleasant!!

Not very friendly. And they need someone taking orders for people walking in to order food. Place was completely empty no customers and we had to wait for ever to order

Ordered ahead on the app. Order was correctly made, employees were nice, location easy to find and ample parking,
