Ordered 12 wings got 8. Asked for ranch and got charged extra, when menu clearly states it comes with. Size of wings were smaller than a McDonald chicken nugget.

Several times, when we ate here, it was so HOT inside that we once got up and left. We mentioned it to a bartender and a waitress who both said the owners don't listen to their complaints and concerns and encouraged us customers to say something. Most recently, I ordered a steak, but when brought to our table, they only provided us with plastic utensils. I asked for real silverware and was told they didn't have a dishwasher, so there wasn't any. How long does it take to wash a fork and knife? We did like their bar, live music and atmosphere. The service is often slow. We decided not to return after our last encounter.
