Feedback gevenUPDATED REVIEW : I contacted the branch the next day to inform management of what had transpired. Mr. Bonani the manger of the Grahamstown branch dealt with the issue swiftly in a very professional manner. He even took the proactive step of informing both myself and the recipient of the meal when it was finally delivered. Bonani followed up the matter 2 weeks later once I emailed management and they contacted him. Bonani then still asked how has the service been at his branch since knowing that we are regular customers. I appreciated this. I appreciate the fact that Nandos values the quality of their service and follow due course of customer care. Your customer service and delivery service is completely pathetic don't say you can provide a service if it's as unreliable as Eskom. Maybe you should start making ads about your poor service delivery. I used your beautifully designed app and placed my order at 18h12 to arrive at 19h00 only to get a phonecall at 18h45 saying that the food will be late but your staff member could not tell me how late. At 20h00 i phoned to enquire further your staff had told me the last delivery just left. I enquired what time did it leave she then stated 19h45. I then further enquired how many orders were in the last delivery and if my order was included. She then stated 7 orders and mine is one of them. It is now 4 hours later and no food has arrived. I have received no word from your driver either. It is clear that a franchise that prides itself in being blunt flaming the fire while it is hot is dead at your branch yes I do understand this is one bad experience out of a 100 a day. But this is the worst delivery experience I've had and from the least expected franchise in SA. So it is clear that your specific branch has lost it's spark flamed grilled chicken as well along the way. Please get you orders delivered in future and atleast try to be on time. And no I won't be emailing your customer care to improve service that clearly doesnt even exist for some to begin with. From your review responses it seems like you don't even care about customer feedback anyway because I'm not alone on the service your branch provides as long as your cash chicken keeps clucking. Utterly disappointed loyal customer.
The best i have eaten in a very long time. Your chicken hot pot was superb. Well done guys. You'll need to go to Durban and give those guys lessons in the kitchen.
It is very spacious and has that calm factor about it. There is this beautiful art on the wall that is breath taking. Their service is quick and they food is fresh.
Great service The staff are very friendly and the food (chicken and hoptop spicy rice) is always tasty. Also, their Barone milk shake is life changing.
It was a great experience. I enjoyed the Mozam paprika flavour (reminded me of home Mozambique and the wonderful variety of peri peri) Food came on time. The place was very clean.
