Firehouse Subs Granbury

It's always good, no matter where you were, but this was unprofessional about 30 minutes til close 2 times now iv ordered online to pick up my order and once I got that it might have been 2 minutes after the closure, but she had never made my food closed the door looked up and looked back and didn't even recognize me. This is the choice to cancel your order, and they did around 8:40, that is very bad customer relations iv bartending for a long time and would never dream of what they pulled, that is simply rude and honest, not only have done and just handed over, the door is not over and over cum in reality is not so hard to do. So if you order online storage when their last 8:20 they do not make your food, they will just cancel it and not even explain it.

Very nice staff. The sandwiches are always perfectly made very hard-working employees.

My bf went into the firehouse in town and showed the cashier his phone of my order word for word and still got it wrong. i asked for no tomato?s and i asked for breadcrumbs and they messed that up. but the hook and ladder still smacks so there?s that

There's nothing more frustrating to a customer that goes in to order something to go and gets in the car drives off and realizes down the road that the order was not done correctly... This was my first and last time at this eatery mainly bc when I called to complain the person on the the other end just didn't seem concerned that I was upset about my order being prepared incorrectly... Sorry but when I pay $18.25 for a sandwich, chips and a drink I would like to enjoy it
