The brisket was perfect, beautiful smoke ring with a juicy center and a ton of taste. The pig was in every piece of smokey goodness. Ribs had a large seasoned crust, were very delicate and simply delicious! I didn't use a sauce because I didn't want it to affect the taste of the meat. Nice place, from the beaten path. This is the Texas Style Bbq I was looking for!!!

Rooster Lori catered my wedding in October, and their service exceeded all my expectations. From the appetizer selection to the main meal and their overall service, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. The food was exceptional; we had brisket and a variety of sides, and guests praised the meal for weeks afterward. I'm usually not a fan of coleslaw, but somehow theirs was so delicious that I ended up finishing both mine and my husband's! Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly easy to work with and added no stress to the wedding at all. Rooster Lori truly are the best!

Wonderful laid back atmosphere! Live music, BYOB, and fantastic BBQ! Love the Cowboys Beans, Potato Salad, and the NEW brisket tacos are to die for! It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

I finally got around to stopping today. I mean, the ribs are amazingly melt off the bone, seasoned just right and that great wood smoked flavor. My mom had the brisket and it was great too. Then it finally came out and the Bannanna Puddin was real Bannanna Puddin ! Friendly staff and just to think this is just Gas Station BBQ!

Roosters catered our wedding and everything was amazing! The food was fantastic and we didn't have to worry about anything. Lori and Rooster went above and beyond to help ease the stress of a stressful day. We highly recommend them and will use them again for any future events!!
