Stumpy's Lakeside Grill - Granbury

I had a wonderful experience at Stumpys. They have a charming boutique shop offering lovely jewelry, clothing, and other items. The food was served hot and fresh, and we didn't have to wait long for our orders. The catfish and shrimp were perfectly seasoned and cooked. I also tried an Oreo cupcake from their bakery; it was moist, although I wasn't a fan of the icing.

I was brought here for a surprise date, and I must say, I was definitely taken aback! As you enter, you find yourself in the most charming little retail store, where you can buy trendy tourist items at reasonable prices. After placing your order, you walk down a short hallway that takes you past a quaint one-room ice cream and candy shop that exudes an old-fashioned vibe. Just beyond that, there's an indoor dining area that opens up to outdoor seating, which boasts a gorgeous view and an astonishing number of ravenous fish.

I had a wonderful experience on the patio, enjoying the sight of families feeding the ducks while we dined. I really appreciated the quirky little gifts available in the shop. The menu offers a variety of options for everyone, and my margarita was absolutely delicious! In the photos, you can see the Chicken Caesar tacos, the Stumpy's Salad topped with grilled shrimp, and a Prickly Pear Margarita on the rocks with a sugared rim.

Stopped by for my girls birthday. Best dang food I've had in a very long time. Quality food, perfect air-conditioning, and the kindest employees! Thank you so much for a great lunch!

Fun place. Very casual. On Lake Granbury and marina. Fish tacos were amazing. Made with cod or shrimp. Can order grilled or fried. Topped right, cabbage instead of lettuce. Wonderful sauce! Generous portions. Split the salad with cranberries and pecans. Was plenty of food. Has a cute bakery with cupcakes in many flavors. They have a shop as well, with some fun gifts, clothing, sandals, and flip flops.
