I ordered off the app. They called me and told me they were out of the kind of bread I wanted for my sandwichs. That was fine we got what they had left which was wheat bread. When my boyfriend went to pick up our food which for a family of 5. We got 5 sandwichs. She told us next time we need to give a 24 hour notice because it's considered a catering order. Then proceeded to tell him we sold them out and it was our fault for them having to close up early. Like who makes people feel bad over ordering for their family of 5.
The girl with the red hair dyed up top has an awful attitude. Very disrespectful and threatened to kick me out when I said something to her about her behavior and attitude. I asked for the manager or owners phone number and they said they couldn’t give it out. Who do you report it too besides coming on here. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Can't believe what I witnessed tonight. As a young pregnant girl was trying her best to handle the dinner rush by herself, repeatedly asking the manager, Cassie, for help, the manager never came out from the back to help her employee. After numerous customers walked out, the manager then instructed her pregnant employee to tell customers they were not taking orders anymore. I've seen some horrible managers, but this takes the cake. If you're in a position of leadership, you don't let the ones you're supposed to be leading fail. I filed a formal complaint with corporate as I hope most other customers did as well.
The best Subway I have ever been to. They follow instructions to the letter on how you want your food handled. The food was fresh and tasted awesome. The service was spectacular. This will be the only Subway I eat at for a while. Parking: The only issue I have with this Subway is that it is inside a Circle K, and it's parking lot is not big enough for the convenient store, let alone, Subway. Service: Take out
