Big John's Steak Onion - Grand Blanc

We’ve given this restaurant FOUR chances, and only once has it been satisfactory. Today will be the LAST time we try. My husband just returned home with our order (it’s only a two-minute drive away), and not only is the order incorrect, but the bread is so greasy that the sandwich is falling apart. The worst part is the smell—it’s not fresh, and we’re going to have to throw it away. There's nothing worse than spending money on food you can’t even take a bite of.

I was quite disappointed because there was hardly anything in the salad. It consisted mostly of lettuce.

The sandwich had hardly any meat! It was essentially just a cheese, lettuce, and tomato sandwich.

My sandwich was made to order, with some variations, and the team there nailed it! I wouldn't expect anything less from this crew. Well done!
