Firehouse Subs Grand Blanc

Got 4 subs to go, left and got home to realize that 3 out of 4 subs were done incorrectly and 2 subs were completely different subs than what we ordered. They weren't even busy as we were the only customers in the establishment so there wasn't even a rush for there to be any confusion. Subs tasted fine at least...

Excellent. I have an Italian on wheat. Great taste and good portions. Only down there was about 20 minutes to get my a sub and there were less than 10 people in front of me. As long as you don't mind waiting, it's worth it!

First visit- customer service was very poor. Workers were outright rude. They did fix an issue with the order, so that redeemed them a bit. Food was very good. Hopefully it was just an off day for the employees. I would give them another shot.

Fantastic subs with high quality ingredients. This recent trip was not disappointed. The subs were thrown together, had very little meat on them, mostly bread pots. The first time I was disappointed, the sandwiches are mostly well made. I had the new Prime Rib Steak, which I had tasted really well. I wish it was better.
