You should change the name? Hot OR Ready?. Seems this location is not able to offer both at the same time. Sometimes you don't understand. Looks like you should take the lunch break and have at least a few ready to take off the shelf. I mean, that's like any other LC on planet Earth. Of course, then there is problem 2 You can get a hot n ready, and it's room temperature, and ice cold when you come home. None of this should be important, however, the pizza tastes terrible. Speedway pizza is better than that. While most companies increase their prices and get at least quality if they do not increase, LC seems to have gone for the approach of raising prices and offers a much worse product than years ago. I swore about LC for a while, but wanted to see if something changed? It's really worse than last time. Never again.

Ah. Cold pizza comes directly from the hot box. I was home and I saw one of them was burned. Save your money and go to Hill rd.

Ordered pizza at 6:30 am for delivery. was said it would be home at 7:30. called the store around 7:50 and was told that the driver just left. The representative never asked my name or what my order was, what I thought strange. When I asked why it was that the driver left right now, he said that I didn't have the only order he had today. I never thought it was me, but if you hired an hour after the order, maybe it should sow until then. I checked the message sent at 8 and it shows that the driver is still in the store. God only knows at this point when I will ever get my order. Edit: Just been said that I don't get my pizza by the Door Dash driver who was assigned my pizza. It seems that the pizza was never made. They called back the store and they were unclear what to do. We ended after a refund they don't seem willing to give us because they don't think something is wrong with me spending $45.10 on pizza plus tip and not refunded if we don't get anything.

Just placed a order after I got off phone I realized she said 45 minutes not 25 minutes I was on speaker she sounded 10 ft away. I called right back 30 seconds later to cancel. They told me it was in oven lol. I told them that's bull my food would be cold if I picked it up 45 minutes from now! They don't want to do their jobs stop playing with us. I canceled thought I would drive out of the city to get decent food

Walked in and was told it would be 10 mins before a pizza would be ready. Just a reg hot and ready. 3 other people walked in and were NOT online orders and all got there pizza ahead of us. The lady looked right at us and said to the one customer behind us That we are before them and then continued to give the customer behind us our pizza. We said something and she said it?s coming out of the oven right now. Then she gave that pizza to the guy that was 2 customers behind us. We were very nice to them and did NOT deserve to be treated this way. I WOULD NOT GO HERE. Not to mention how do they not have any pizzas ready on a Saturday night.
