Taco Bell - Grand Blanc

I gave them two stars because they refunded my money. However, the drive-thru attendant asked me three times what I wanted, and I clearly stated regular tacos. The receipt confirms that I ordered regular, yet I received 4 out of 6 Supreme tacos. It's frustrating. I understand they might be short-staffed, but getting an order wrong like that is unacceptable.

The customer service felt more independent than usual, which was a refreshing change at this location. The food was hot and fresh, and we moved through the drive-thru quickly. Everything we ordered was included, along with straws for the drinks and the correct sauces. The only minor issue was a small mix-up with an ingredient. However, the packaging was secure, and my tacos arrived perfectly intact. Although the staff may be a bit quiet and less responsive, they efficiently provide what you need—even if it includes the lettuce you didn't want. Overall, the experience was quick, hot, fresh, and accurate. I would definitely return since I live just about a mile away.

This is the best Taco Bell I've visited in quite a while! We had a full car with a substantial order, and I was amazed at how quickly they prepared everything. The food was hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty. I just wish we didn’t live so far away. The staff working on the night of September 21 did an excellent job!

This location is a hit or miss (mostly miss lol) so be careful. Whenever I go here, they always forget multiple things, sauce, or mess up things. I worked at a Taco Bell for a year so I understand what they?re going through, but I?m just a littlesurprised it?s this bad still

Asked for no sour cream got tons of it. How hard really is it to omit an item? Obviously difficult for these people. Your welcome for my money for food I couldn't eat! No sauce after being asked four times which sauce I wanted. Can you say worthless?
