Pepper Jack Bar and Grill in Grand Coulee has permanently closed its doors during the pandemic, with no indication of reopening in the future.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and clean. I went in to watch the Thursday night game and had a few beers in the bar section. The restaurant has a quaint and historical atmosphere, with one wall featuring a huge light-up photo of the Dam from 1948, and another wall adorned with large paintings of rockstars and legends. While the selection of beers on tap was not very extensive, they did have bottled beers available. Although I did not try the food, the menu offered a variety of appetizers, salads, and dinner entrees, with nice steak options. Breakfast is served all day, and there is a huge parking lot available for travelers with boats, trailers, RVs, etc. From the street view, the restaurant may not look like much, but inside there are plenty of booth-like seating arrangements, making it great for families or larger groups. Kids are welcome, and there are also tables with chairs for bigger individuals.
