I usually enjoy spicy food and found the hot level to be manageable. The saag was a unique dish that I had never tried before, but I would definitely order it again. It is eaten like curry, with rice on the side. Overall, I prefer traditional curry over the saag dish.
The service was friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. Our food arrived promptly after ordering. The restaurant had a clean and cozy atmosphere, and the restroom was spotless. We highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Indian cuisine. For vegetarians, it seems that most, if not all, meat-based dishes can be modified to suit your preferences. Parking was a bit tight, but there were still plenty of spots available. The restaurant is family-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
I have visited this restaurant twice and will continue to come back every time I am in Grand Forks! The Tikka Masala is amazing. I had never tried Indian food before coming here. You won't be disappointed if you stop by....just do it and thank me later.
I moved from DC and was quite concerned due to lack of Indian food in grand forks. Turns out this is one of the best Indian restaurants in have been to. Makes it to top 10 in my list. It should be mentioned that I must have been to many hundreds of Indian places by now. Suggestion: try their chicken saag.
I don't usually leave reviews but I cannot think of a restaurant more deserving of 5 stars. The service is friendly and fast and the food is always amazing. They may also have the cleanest bathroom I have seen in this area.
