Panda Express - Grand Forks

So, the food is great, all the entrees are wonderful. On the other hand, the noodles have a terrible texture, kinda tough and flavorless. The fried ride is also flavorless and the rice is never fully cooked. The middle of most of the grains is still hard. I would suggest just getting the white rice.

A panda express that is very good at being a panda express. If you aren't a student you can park on the top level of the parking ramp, there is cheap pay as you go parking there. Just toss in a dime or whatever and you're set for carry-out.

So there is parking on the ramp for people who don't have a parking pass after 4:30. Although not a traditional restaurant there is seating for everyone in the building to sit in and eat at.

They should update this place as being *inside* of UND campus , it is not a stand alone restaurant and there is literally no where to park.

Gave me food poisoning along with at least 20+ people I've talked to. Ate at 11:15 10/5/21. Can't trust union food no more
