Panera Bread - Grand Forks

We have been there several times since you opened, however today the lady on the till did not get our order correct. We wanted a sandwich which was very good and a cup of soup was good but looking at the menu we wanted a cup of soup......our first bill was nearly 60+ until I questioned the bill. I pushed back and got still the order wrong.....we should have walked away.......

Order was missing half a sandwich. By the time we realized, we were 20 minutes away. Food was good but that can’t really balance out for a missing item we paid for.

Great customer service! Comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Just live the Autumn squash soup! Best time of year!! Nothing like topping off the experience with a kitchen sink cookie!!

All I wanted today was soup so I got home after a long day and ordered some soup. Chicken and wild rice soup. What came to the door was not what I asked for at all actually it was a bright yellow soup with black seeds in it. Clearly not what I asked for. The job of these people is to read off a screen and put the food it says into a bag. No cooking is even involved at this mediocre restaurant. Reading and placing in bag. If you are that unskilled that you can't do that I think you are doomed for life. There are people who work 9-5 everyday doing manual labor and you can't read and put food in a bag.

Loves the choice of soups and salads! So delicious.
