K2 Pizzeria - Grand Haven

Great swing and a miss, customer service wise. determined to spend our 5th anniversary in gh and came here for a fun dach experience. the round high top table, in which we sat, had a freak phenomenon and the metal cladding that broke around the entire edge of the table wrapped screw and hit me into the hull. Wasn?t the end of the world they moved us to another table not a big thing, but the server made the manager aware and I was surprised that the manager never apologized or said something. we were cool and didn't do a big thing, but at the end of the night I was a little surprised to find that nothing was comped. happy to pay for what I just bought a little disappointed that they did nothing to fix the fact that I was attacked by one of their tables. to make the dinge even worse, they expressed the table with open screws that are against the wall stalking and continued, it even tho it was a security risk. great opportunity, a customer after a strange circumstance feel good and decided not to do anything. unimpressed by the manager on the personal. server were good.

The waitress and manager were rude for us because my wife ordered a drink, but had lost her license and had a temporary paper license. even if she is in old, she was not allowed to order a drink, which is good, we respected her decision, so she became the designated driver for our group, but then she came back to our opposite to see if she would drink from my drink. the manager was rude to my wife about the situation and made us feel ostracized. we felt so unwilling and haunted that we went without eating and went to eat in portable over the street, they actually have good food and neat service. I never come to this place again.

What a great look to add great food and drink! service is friendly and responsive. create their own gourmet pizza is a . Tastable brew on draft. sunset view of the grand river in direction lake michigan is excellent.

Mixed feelings about this place. To start, the table and chairs were wet and it took a good 5 minutes before someone showed up. Ordered cheesy bread and when we got it, it was barely warm. Although they did take the bread off our bill. The pizzas came and were hot and tasted OK. Everything took a long time but they did seem understaffed.

The pizzas are good, the drinks are inexpensive. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, but the servers generally don't check up on you. I prefer it that way, but some people might not. The only real complaint I have is that the tables outside are metal, so in the summer it's unbearably hot to the touch and there is just a ton of glare on your eyes.
