The Copper Post - Grand Haven

Very disappointing!! First impression “we should just leave” but we stayed and hoped for the best. My mojito had wilted black mint. Walleye was thin mostly breading, bland and needed salt and pepper, veggies on hoagie was wilted and tomatoes paper thin oh and no sauce on it, I had to ask for it. Chicken strips were very greasy. Teenagers liked the Mac and cheese. Brussels sprouts were good.waitress was alright she didn’t go out of her way much. Too expensive for mediocre food/service. We should’ve just waited to eat when we got to Holland many more better options of dining.

Staff was very friendly, food was great. Neat decor, really enjoyed it. Not really any solid gluten free options but I didn't expect to find any, just stopped in to feed the kids.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus, crayons, and friendly staff.

We stopped in while walking around Grand Haven and were greeted with pleasant smiles. We sat on the patio with our dog and he was loved on by the staff. The walleye was amazing and the bourbon selection was very good!Hattie was a tremendous server and took the time to provide us very useful info of other places to visit in the area.

The food is delicious and the price is very reasonable! We arrived in town, and went there for supper. The burger was made perfectly and the jerk chicken was very good, too. The sides of Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese were excellent! The food was ready with very little wait time. The second night, we were planning to go to another restaurant but the wait was too long, so we came back here and had the walleye dinner. Again, delicious with delicious sides, and food was served quickly. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for a bite to eat.We were immediately seated out back, the service was friendly and prompt.I had the ribs on the appetizer menu.5 big full of meat ribs with fries!My tablemate had a cheeseburger!Fair prices for grand haven.The barbq sauce was pretty basicOtherwise we will be returning again!
