Five Guys - Grand Island

If you're looking for the best big rides in Buffalo, this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed and you might even find your new favorite. The cheeseburger is decent, but I've had better elsewhere; it's nothing extraordinary.

I love five guys! the burgers and fries are so delicious. a big frey feeds the family. my only complicity is the cost. the taste is excellent, but the price tag is a big, especially when we take the whole family.

Nobody on register , 2 on grill, Nobody serving orders . Multiple staff members on break ignoring customers. Eventually staff returned . Woman with red dyed hair walking around behind counter not even acknowledging customers. Ridiculous long wait for a doordash order. No attempt at customer service. After half an hour the crew improves from 2 to 6 but NOBODY acknowledged me standing around

Five Guys has really good burgers and hot dogs. The fries taste good but are often soggy. I haven't tried the milkshakes but my friends seemed to have liked theirs. The service is usually good and the employees don't seem unhappy. There's free peanuts, which somehow results in peanut shells all over the floor. Prices are fine, calorie counts are high but not prohibitive.

5 people will always get 5 stars from me. the service can vary from place to place, but their food and shake are worth every star.
