Hardee's - Grand Island

I've been here twice, both times have been amazing food and service. Me and my brother came today and was greeted by Paula in the Dine in. Very friendly and informative about gluten free options. Again, great food, and great experience. Prices are a bit more than other fast food places, but it's definitely worth it to me. They even came to make sure we had any sauces we wanted and the food was good, would recommend.

We were sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. There was nobody in front and nobody behind us. And they weren’t busy inside either. Anyways, a girl final talks to us but she say “I’ll be with you in a moment,” in such a snarky tone. My family and I look at each other and leave. We love Hardees but they were so rude, disrespectful, and not professional. Get better employees that know what good costumer service is. And we have always had this problem in the past here. We have heard cussing and screaming coming from the back while waiting to get our order taken or waiting 20-30 minutes for our food.

Food was Great and Staff Very Friendly. I think the people around here are sleeping on Hardee's Breakfast. Their breakfast is the Best.

Hardee’s should be expecting a law suit for improper higiene first time I try it and in the first bite I get a hair in my f*ckng food and waited out there for 34 minutes

They close the dining area early. 5-6 people working but acted like they were swamped. Chicken sandwich was delicious
