Applebee's Grill - Grand Prairie

First they have to get rid of the manager jackie. she is mean and doesn't treat her employees very well. I also hope that the foods taste better than they treat their employees. my daughter worked there and was annoyed by the administration and the staff until she stopped! not very nice. I like applebee and enjoy eating her, but not this place! I wish I could give zero stars.

5/24/2022 @11:22 watch went in a rain night hunger, how a pregnant woman could be and my server turned out to be aaron, who was surprisingly 4 days new in the team of applebee! let me tell them that everything from my order on the command of my child was on the fisest legs she had where she felt at all as if she were the strongest person thank u aaron for an amazing server with a positive setting and very respectful

If I could give them 10 stars? I would! the service was excellent! our server alex was fantastic! we had a party of 6 including 3 small children. he took us very well. he took our job without pen and paper. would definitely recommend this device. the manager has great hospitality, as we and a warm spirit. big jobs you guys!

I eat regularly here. eating is always good. the service, not so much. I was told several times, my only possibility is to sit in the bar area. I have to turn to a manager at any time and explain that my wife has hip problems and can't sit in the big bar stool. the manager wanted me to leave until I requested the name/number for the general manager. I enjoy eating here, because I can have a nice quiet meal with my wife, w/o the often loud tired bar moose ruin my culinary experience. it is sad and regrettable that the staff would force people to eat at the bar or find another place to eat. this is a bad practice in my opinion.

The server was obviously new but tried. The food was not good and my daughter found a bread bag tie in her burger. Sent it back to the kitchen and all the hey did was remove it and send the same burger back to me he table. I really feel that I should not have had to pay for it hat burger. Applebee's new menu choices are not very good in my opinion. They have definitely gone downhill. Will not be going back anymore
