This location stole money from me after they did not complete an order. When I told them, I could not wait for the order I asked them to cancel it. I had already waited 20 minutes! They refused! The manager said because I placed it online even though I placed it as a guest not through the app they could not refund me my money. They kept the order, but I have sent multiple emails to corporate! No one has responded because there’s no way to request your money online like the manager with red hair stated. This location is notorious for having incomplete orders and they will make you wait twice as long to get the rest of your order cause they’re more worried about the people in line. Do not go to this location. They will keep your money. Unless you like incomplete orders. On top of being lied to by people who think they’re management. Her response to me was “well it’s not my fault I didn’t make it”. But she was the manager standing at the front counter. Yet she couldn’t check the ticket to make sure it was complete. They still have my money and refused to give it back!
We ordered the Roasted chicken and rolls special. Chicken was moist, freshly cooked and delicious. Rolls were hot and right out of the oven.
Check your order before you leave, I promise you it’s wrong. Especially if the old man is at the window.
I ordered a family chicken tender meal through the drive through. I get home and the chicken tenders were cold and chewy as well as the okra. I was not satisfied at all with my order.
