Wendy's - Grand Prairie

The store manager is so nice and professional and the employees are super friendly. My food is always fresh and quickly served.

I ordered baconator fries and as alway this cook named Caleb made them exceptionally well, crispy as always, cheese melted beautifully. Ate it all, it was yummy.

I placed a mobile order and the only way to pick it up was through the drive-thru. The lobby was not open. The drive-thru took a long time because they were waiting on one car at a time and the line was wrapped around the building. The order was correct and the food was delicious but the wait time was ridiculous.

Fresh, hot fries. Accurate order. Kids meals always come with toys that the kids and Mom are excited about. Full cup of apples. We don't come often but don't feel let down when we do.

Waiting 5 minutes at the drive thru with no help. Tried to go in but the doors were locked. What a frustrating loss of a 30 dollar order.
