Feedback gevenTerrible service . Went 6:30 am on Nov 12.waited over 10 mins and only 2 cars were in front of me. Then my meal was old bun was all hard and cheese not even melted. I would not choose this WhataBurger Others yes but quility of service and taste of food iswell below average . I presume the manager was the white bald gentleman I saw. But not once he say sorry for the wait. No onedid. And if he thinks these wait times are acceptable then they need a. New manager cause he don't care.
It took so long for us to get our food on the table, but was definitely worth the wait. We were so tired and hungry after a concert and it was after 11pm. They also have the breakfast menu open from then till 11 in the morning the next day or so. So Ihad the Whatameal with the breakfast Burger in it. Whatameal only has the Burger, hashbrowns and the drink in it though. Irealized it later that it doesn't have French fries (when I asked the cashier she wasn't sure), but my friends were generousenough to share some fries with me????.
I stopped by to grab breakfast for my tailgate before the Cowboys game, and I was impressed! I went inside and Mario was incredibly helpful. I was able to use my Whataburger rewards, which was a nice bonus. The food came out hot, fresh, and fairly quickly. In the picture, you can see that I ordered the sausage breakfast on a bun, and I like to add tomato to it. Writing reviews for Whataburger is easy because their food quality and service are consistently good.
This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Whataburger. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I realized I didn't have my glasses with me. I mentioned that I needed a moment, but was told to go ahead and order when I was ready. Just 10 seconds later, I was asked if I was ready. I responded that I wasn't yet. A couple of seconds later, a lady chimed in saying she couldn't hear me. I raised my voice slightly to explain that I didn't have my glasses and needed a little more time, but she interrupted me, saying I didn’t have to yell at her. Frustrated, I just wished them a good day and drove away. If the customer service is this poor, there's clearly no love in the food.
Although this location is relatively new, I was quite taken aback by the level of cleanliness and the presence of flies inside. The entry doors were filthy, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. There appeared to be sufficient staff on hand to maintain what ought to be a clean environment. That's just part of my experience, and I could elaborate further, but I trust you get my point. The manager was seated in the dining area chatting with employees while neglecting responsibilities, which left a poor impression.
