Zero Degrees Grand Prairie

Sooo 1st time here and honestly I thought it was another ice cream spot lol but I was surprised! It was clean and neat and staff was friendly. Sampled a few things to try it out. Had elote, salt pepper popcorn ????, wings carne asada fries, cucumber and strawberry limeade duo and a strawberry lychee. I loved it all. Everything was made to order, the chicken had a unique flavor that was different but in a good way. The elote was perfect the cheese and spices were on point with a squeeze of lime. The carne asada fries needed more cheese and meat but over all they were still good. The drinks with the fresh muddled fruits were refreshing and delicious, I will definately make this a regular go to.

The Mangonada is a favorite. Slushy with lots of mango! The Tajin seasoning is the right mix of sweet and spicy. Honey BBQ Popcorn chicken is flavorful. I?ve had good service the couple of times I have visited. Casual, no frills. A few tables inside along with some outdoor seating too.

Drinks were great. Customer service was good. Acknowledge quickly and questions regarding menu items were answered courteously. The photos of the food were misleading. I ordered 2 combos. One was lemon pepper and the other was honey BBQ. The lemon pepper was salty and tart. Seems like the lid came off the salt shaker. The lemon was overpowering any other flavor. The sauce for the honey bbq was actually good. The sauce was underneath the wings and not on them. The regular fries was greasy and limp. The garlic butter fries were not appetizing either. Just thrown together. A lot of nothing going on. Will definitely return for the drinks. Pina Colada, Watermelon Slush and Cucumber Limeade were the bomb. The drinks are made to order and the fruits tasted fresh and delicious. I'll return for drinks but never for the food.

I have been coming to this location several times and I have always enjoyed my visit here however. Today, I just feel as though the customer service was not there at all. Not even for other customers. Let me explain: I walked in wasn?t greeted at all. The girl with the ?Anti Social Club? jacket clearly made it obvious that she doesn?t want to speak to anyone. (I get it, I?m anti social at times also, but to wear this at an establishment ; what service or first impression would you give off to other customers? Anyway, I waited for her to speak to me. She just walked up to the register didn?t even ask, hi sorry for the wait, what can I get you? nothing? she just looked at me I was shocked. Like honestly. So I proceeded to order. She asked me if that was it I just shocked my head yes to let her know.. why would I talk to her if she obviously didn?t want to talk?? (I understand people have their days.. trust me.. but the vibe inside the place was just off .. it was as though the employees were not even happy with working with eachother? There was also a different customer that got her food said thank you and they didn?t even acknowledge her and I wanted to say thank you for the employees instead????? There is this sweet girl that had a white jacket on and she is short and has long black hair. But she was in the back cutting watermelon. I don?t know her name because there are no name tags and the dress code could be better ? but she is so sweet. So thank you for that mysterious girl thanks for the great customer service you have provided me when I was greeted by you and treated like a customer! ???? In short: (I will no longer be back here. This is definitely my last time at this location I don?t mind driving 30 minutes to the next one. I wish this place had better vibes. ?????????

The price point to food ratio is actually pretty good and great quality to! The actual location is pretty nice and always kept clean and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend if you haven?t tried it before!
