Definitely a restaurant where you can get lots of value for money with each meal! Their breads compliment each meal very well, as does their unique choice of cheeses of which they have quite a large variety. The live music is always a very nice touch too as it adds to the overall atmosphere, though can be quite loud and intrusive if you are sitting right next to the band.
We've visited this restaurant twice now. First time just after Covid restrictions were lifted. Decent food, terrible service. Understandable given Covid. Gotta be realistic and understanding, right? This last visit we got up and left after spending over an hour and a half there with no food delivered. Waiter was MIA much of the time and didn't pass our table when there was another avenue to take. Can't say he avoided us on purpose but he sure wasn't present for us most of the time.A large party was seated just before us (they arrived well after us but got seated ahead of us), and received their food before we even were able to order. They were done and gone before we even saw our waiter a second time.I won't waste my time or anyone else's time with details in this instance as it was a terrible experience overall. We will NOT go there again. Our only regret was overshooting the entrance to Ucello's right next door and deciding we would try this place again rather than fight traffic.
First time visit. Big place. Happy hour was very good. Dinner portions are generous. Could do without the guitar
The hostess and our server Jordan were both great, very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we would describe their dishes as hit or miss. The truffle fries were a hit. Perfectly cooked, seasoned well, and the aioli was really good. I ordered the garden salad and the fettuccine alfredo. The salad was good, the fettuccine was disappointing. The pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was perfectly creamy. However it was really lacking flavor so I had to salt pepper it quite a bit myself. Also did not come topped with pine nuts as described on the menu, which I thought was odd. My husband had a tenderloin risotto meal which was both a hit and a miss. The tenderloin was cooked exactly to his liking and was so tender, but the risotto was really watery. We considered sending it back but that 's always a risk. Overall I 'd still be willing to return and try some other dishes with fingers crossed.
