The service at this restaurant is excellent and I particularly enjoy the delivery and catering options they offer.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was obvious that they used the cheapest ingredients available. The cheese tasted like plastic. If you have any dietary restrictions, I would not recommend eating here as they do not seem to care about accommodating them at all.

The individual working at this establishment was extremely impolite. After receiving my order and payment, they refused to accommodate my request for a gluten-free meal. Despite informing them of my need for careful preparation due to my celiac condition, they were uncooperative. I chose to dine here on the promise of gluten-free options, but unfortunately, the staff member was unhelpful and discourteous in handling my request. I understand that preparing gluten-free dishes can be challenging, but their lack of effort and rude behavior was unacceptable.

I ordered the Jumping Monkeys and the Harvesting Bowl online for pickup, mentioning my severe milk allergy in each line as I was unsure what might contain milk. Shortly after placing my order, Steven called to inform me that the Jumping Monkeys smoothie contained milk from the cappuccino powder. He offered me an alternative smoothie, but I was set on the Jumping Monkeys. Steven helped me find a solution so that I could still enjoy my order safely. His knowledge of the ingredients made me feel at ease, allowing me to enjoy my meal without worrying about allergens. I have found my new go-to lunch spot!

It's ok to go for a quick bite if your at the YMCA, prices are on the high side. But the employees there are very pleasant and helpful. I gave a 3 star rating
