Domino's Pizza - Grand Rapids

The garlic knots with cheese dip are absolutely amazing! I’d give them a 10/10 and can’t wait to enjoy them again. They forgot the mushrooms on my pizza, but the staff was really accommodating and fixed it quickly.

I ordered my pizza at 8:12 PM, and it’s now 9:40 PM with no delivery in sight. They called me 30 minutes ago to offer a discount for the delay they mentioned. I really dislike how Domino’s has changed their ordering system to use a call center; they don’t provide realistic delivery times anymore! The person on the call was quite unprofessional. I understand it’s not entirely his fault, but there was a complete lack of respect throughout this experience.

Unbelievably impressive! I have ordered many paintings from dominos and it has never disappointed. when I got the wrong pizza, they had a new one in 20 minutes. great place!

Typical Domino's. Food is prepared on time, order is complete and hot. This location (brand? does not appear to be affected by the service industry exodus, impacting other chains.

I didn’t eat the pizza myself, but my sister had it delivered to her at the hospital, and she said it was spectacular! Trina and Josiah went above and beyond to make the delivery very special for her. I can't thank them enough. This world is truly enriched by beautiful people like them.
