Jb's Pizza Parlor - Grand Rapids

The food at this restaurant is great, especially the pizza. However, the owner, Jeff, could use some improvement in his people skills. Whenever I interact with him over the phone or in person, he comes off as short and abrupt. It feels like he sees customers as an inconvenience. Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance because the food is so good. During my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to be served by Greg instead of Jeff. Greg was friendly, thanked me for my order, and even wished me a Merry Christmas. It was a refreshing experience, and Greg's excellent customer service is the reason I will return to the restaurant.

We absolutely adore JBs! We frequent the restaurant for lunch and often grab dinner to-go. Our favorite dishes include pizza, lasagna, and loaded tots. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front of the restaurant is perfect for dining in, while the back is convenient for pick-up orders.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place! It has become a regular spot for us.

Love this pizza. Deep Dish Honey, Chicken, Dijon is amazing and a favorite. Every pizza we have ever ordered from here has been amazing.
