Little Caesars - Grand Rapids

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff tonight! I went through the drive-thru around 5 pm and the line was quite long. When we reached the window, the young man was fantastic! In a similar situation, I might have been stressed, but he remained calm and collected. We ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, which turned out to be the best hot and ready food we've ever had! Keep up the amazing work, guys! We will definitely be returning!

This particular restaurant declined to make the Old World Fancironi Pepperoni Pizza, despite other locations in Big Rapids and Mt Pleasant regularly offering it. The Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizzas we received were disappointingly below the usual standard we expect from Little Caesars. The toppings were unevenly spread, even on a simple 1-topping pizza. Additionally, the pieces were poorly cut. Overall, it seemed like the pizzas were prepared in a sloppy and lazy manner. We will be avoiding this location in the future.

This pizza place has the best deals for a delicious pizza. My children really enjoy it! I suggest ordering through their app in advance. Sometimes they run out of pizzas that are ready to go, so you may have to wait or pay with cash. Even though I usually don't like using apps, the Little Caesars app is convenient and user-friendly. You have the option to pick up your order through the drive-thru, walk in, or have it delivered to your door.

My food wasn't quite ready when I came through, but the employee was kind enough to bring it out to the car 2 minutes later. Food was great. No complaints. I'd stop by again.

Best LC location in Grand Rapids. Never had a bad pizza from here. Their Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni is to die for.
