I made a brown gravy sauce to go with them, and it turned out great! I really like my gravy, and I can confidently say now that I know how I like it. I can’t wait to go back for more, and the lady at the restaurant was very friendly and eager to tell me about the pasties. Overall, whether you’re already a fan or have never tried one, it’s definitely worth a visit, even just for the wonderful aroma.
