Rowsters Coffee - Grand Rapids

I had the best cup of coffee I've ever tasted here. Initially, I was a bit let down by the limited menu options, but the friendly and helpful staff quickly turned things around by crafting a custom drink just for me. I was slightly taken aback by the price, but considering all the extras and substitutions I requested, I guess being selective can be costly! However, once I took a sip of my coffee, all my initial concerns faded away. It was rich and bold yet sweet and comforting – like a warm hug in a cup. I could almost hear Lionel Richie singing in my mind; it was that good. If you're someone who prefers to spend under $2.00 on coffee, this place isn’t for you. But if you appreciate quality and are willing to pay for it, then I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be returning!

The Brazilian coffee here is exceptional. I typically don’t drink black coffee, but I could make an exception for this one!

The coffee here is excellent, but the staff is even better. I visited this morning, and they genuinely listened to a customer who shared that his car had just broken down. They kindly offered him a complimentary drink. Even if the coffee weren't great (which it is), the outstanding service would definitely bring me back.

There are many really good places for coffee in GR. But in my opinion no espresso does better than Rowster! Get an abundance somewhere else, but for the perfect cortado, espresso or cappuccino; You can't beat these guys!

Exceptional service, the two fellas working were above and beyond. Wish I remembered there names. The drinks were amazing as well! Definitely will recommend and make my way back there soon.
