Steak 'n Shake - Grand Rapids

The first time since the kovid came back and was not impressed. a terrible setting of employees and very little help through the new system. what was a very personables restaurant has graduated and lost what made it so great? bathrooms need some work and also child-friendliness: weird not to see huh on the menu

Had a terrible attitude on the window when we politely asked to put a soda on our order; and was said to come out of line while waiting for items on our order. they lasted about 15 minutes for 4 items. terrible administration and terrible occupation

First time I've been eating here, like I've never seen or heard of this place. my three stars are for them alone? that was not my cup tee. wilma, who was super angry with my job. what would explain why my eating was excessively salty. To be honest, this was not my cup of tea, so I had to put that sandwich in the müllcontainer. the outside seat was sweet.

The burgers were excellent, the best of all fast food restaurants we've eaten at!! The fries were great too!! Fast . great service!! Prices were the best for the products!! YUM, YUM!

The food is some what decent and the shakes are way to big the wait is amazing (like 4 minutes at least)Nobody goes there anymore so they tons of seats open
