Subway - Grand Rapids

The food was fantastic—everything was fresh and delicious. However, the service left something to be desired; one of the staff members was quite rude.

This location is not your typical Subway. The staff here treats each sandwich like it's their own creation, carefully crafting it into a beautiful masterpiece. I've been to several other Subways where the employees just throw the ingredients together, resulting in a chaotic mess that makes it hard to enjoy the meal. That’s not the case here. The team takes pride in making quality sandwiches, and they are always friendly, offering excellent customer service.
