Feedback gevenWell if you like your order HOURS after you order. They lie to you, telling you you are our next delivery when the driver gets back, after waiting way over an hour. Then over another hour you call back in and they tell you it is almost on its way. You ask for another number to call (corporate, because they don't want to do anything for your inconvenience), they said go online we can't do anything for you. Then they said we don't have any numbers. I asked for her name and she says my name and hangsup. Sent message through the web site, it says someone will get back with you, but no one ever did. I think the message goes to that store so you won't hear a thing. **** poor customer service.
The pizza was good and done sooner than projected, however, the manager (or employee running the shift) was getting visibly frustrated with an employee for forgetting a couple sauces I had ordered along with the pizza. The fact that one of the employees forgot a couple small things didn’t bother me at all. The air was very tense, and after leavening I witnessed said manager pointing and yelling at the employees through the window. Very disappointed since I didn’t believe it was a big deal. I understand being stressed out and unstaffed, but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to belittle an individual in front of customers.
