Absolutely disappointed in the customer service, I have been ordering deliveries from them for several years living at the same location, but due to the delivery driver not wanting to deliver in my area they said my location was out of the area. Normally, I don't make complaints however the manager and staff were rude. I could understand if there are issues with employees transportation, but to say that it's outside of your delivery area when I've been patronizing your business for literally decades is disheartening, and the fact that I actually still have delivery receipts in my phone just as recent as April 7, 2024, dating back to 2023 speaks for itself! Receipts don't lie! Do Better!!
