Potbelly - Grand Rapods

I usually love Potbelly subs and sandwiches. I've been a huge fan for about 10 years now. However the last two times I've come to this location have been negative. From the prices, whitch have been going up an up, to the service an the subs. You would think the employees were ex McDonald's or Burger King employees. They were grumpy, irritable, and bad mannered, slurring an rolling there eyes at me and my brother. So sad how far the quality an service has fallen.Parking: Parking is difficult due to it being such a busy eara.

I order frequently from this location and my order has NEVER been wrong! My food stays hot and the service is top notch! Try the chicken pot pie soup, it’s like a warm hug!

Just wanted to share what an awesome experience I had here today! As normal, I placed an order to go online and hoped I would be able to leave and pick up my order close to the set time. As life would have it, I was busy at the time when my order was going to be ready. When I got a free moment I called in to ask them to put my salad in the fridge as I was running late. When I was able to run and pick up my order they completely re-did my order fresh! I was shocked and would have been happy with just my salad being cold. Way to go above and beyond!!! Thank you so very much!
