Feedback gevenI waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, only to be rudely told that they only accept orders from DoorDash and Grubhub. Don't bother going to this restaurant.
I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru before heading to my third shift job, only to discover that my meal was incorrect and I only received two tacos instead of the full order. I paid $25 for what should have been a chalupa meal as well. When I tried to contact the restaurant, there was no answer. I asked my boyfriend to go back and pick up the correct order for me, but the line was too long and the doors were locked. I will have to go back tomorrow to get a refund or the correct meal. This Taco Bell location always seems to have issues, and the manager is rude and has even been seen getting into altercations with customers. It might be best for them to replace the current manager or just close down altogether. After giving them another chance, I have decided to never go back again. I will drive to a different Taco Bell, even though this one is conveniently located near my house. Avoid this place at all costs!
