Vito's Pizza - Grand Rapods

I feel like this place has always delivered above and beyond service in all the years i have eithered ordered in or have ordered delivery. Seems like no matter the time of day or night they always come through. Used to love getting a late night pizza delivered back in my drinking days even though those days are long over, but damn they have some amazing hot subs as well. I love that their delivery goes far beyond any other pizza place in Grand Rapids as well. This place deserves every bit of 5 stars. Never in the 20 years ive ordered here had bad service. Its always good so thank you to them for the great service they have always shown me.

This is one of the best pizzas my girlfriend and I have ever had. I'm glad we tried it. Friendly service.

They have drug addicts here and tried to get mad at me for waiting 2 how hours for the food I complained then the cancelled it it

My husband and I have had many pizzas from here and love the food. The service is hit or miss, depending on who is taking the order. One person is extremely friendly. Another regular one is snippy. Last night, we went in at 10:00 (they are open until 3:00am) We had been traveling and needed a restroom rather desperately. We were told (by the snippy worker) that the restroom was sanitized and locked for the night. She wouldn’t budge and we were forced to take our food elsewhere to eat. I was under the impression that Michigan law requires that restaurants have restrooms available for customers. I wonder if this should be reported, but don’t know where to start.
