Earls Kitchen Bar Grande Prairie

Our server was fantastic! She took great care of us and was readily available if we needed anything. The food was disappointing. I ordered a dish I had ordered before only because it seemed the best option for the price it was enjoyable and the portion size was enough but I prefer ordering new dishes instead of 'playing it safe '. My husband ordered the truffled parmesan chicken and wow it was SAD the saving grace was the chicken was cooked perfectly and was moist but I 've had a more complex flavour palate come from a grocery store deli chicken finger. At one point I took a bite of the risotto (which was nothing amazing but palatable) with the accompanying arugula, asparagus and the chicken somehow the chicken drained all the flavour like a black hole of bland. I 'm not even sure there was pepper and salt involved in the making of this chicken. Unfortunately I will not be recommending anyone go to Earls for a meal, which is a loss as it used to be one of my favourite places to eat.

Best ribs anywhere! Nice wine selection. Comfortable seating and you aren’t jammed in right beside the next table.

The steak was fantastic and cooked perfectly medium rare just as we had asked. However, the vegetables, including Brussels sprouts and different types of squash, were quite tough and we could only manage to eat a few bites. Despite that, overall the experience was enjoyable.

It’s super disappointing when you go out to dinner with 6 people and all your food comes out at different times. This is not a large group and there is absolutely no reason this should happen. People go out to dinner to eat together.

We arrived to our reservation as booked. It took over an hour to get our appies and another 45mins for our main. The restaurant was busy but not full. Our waitress apologized for the wait with no explanation or offer to comp or discount our tab. Food was excellent but overall disappointed in the service.
