Marble Slab Creamery - Grande Prairie

I love this place all the choices of ice cream flavor (including a coconut-based ice cream that is good for lactose intolerance and vegan), choose bowls/ bowls, the many unlimited toping options. so beautiful to finally have an option if you can have lactose intolerant and still ice. the service is friendly and happy, also ask to answer.

This afternoon I walked into Marble Slab and slipped and fell. On the floor was a huge puddle of what looked like chocolate milk right in front of the door. Seems to me that if staff had the time to put up the wet floor sign, they had the time to mop it up. I am 59 years old and twisted my back and ankle, my hand is sore from trying to stop my fall and a huge purple bruise on my knee. When I went to pay for my ice cream, he was more concerned about converting my stamped card into points than possibly giving me my ice cream for free! Which would have gone a long way to make up for my fall. A customer that slips and falls because the staff is too lazy to mop, should have been shown alot more consideration. Just because they put up a wet floor sign, doesn't absolve them from guilt. It's just plain lazy!

Delicious icecream! But customer service are always bad. 95% of the workers are rude.

Quick friendly service.Lots of cones to choose from waffle, waffles with edges dipped in white chocolate (with spinkles or not) or dark chocolate (with sprinkles or not) and waffles bowls in regular, white chocolate edges or dark chocolate edges.Great variety within the selection of ice creams cheesecake plain, salted caramel, grape, maple, all the basics and many more.Toppings to add are plentiful skor peices, gummy bears and cookies are my favs.A variety of cakes to choose from cookies cream, cheesecake with strawberries, birthday (sprinkles and gummy bears in the ice cream) and a few others.

We waited in line for exactly 20 minutes before being served. There were two people in the store in front of us. It might be a good idea to get more staff working on a weekend.
