Feedback gevenThey need more personal, tired waiting in the drive thru on the loudspeaker for 10 minutes, because they are so soon personal, they can not go ahead and ride at the same time. the staff is always friendly and eating is really good. only no point to get to their lunch break because they do not really eat until they take their order and pay.
Understaffed. Prepare to waitn20 minutes for a sandwich. Obviously the owner is too cheap/broke to pay well enough to attract employees. Debit machine still asks for a tip. LOL
This is by far the most superior customer service ever! Always smiling and accommodating. Bread is always extra fresh too! They even sometimes give a cookie to my kids no charge!
I?ve waited over 20 minutes to get served through the drive thru at the location on resources and over a half an hour at the location in cobblestone. Subway needs more staff as it gets slower and slower every time I go.
Karim is great, alone working at diner time dealing with Skip/in store/drivethru and still so friendly and efficient. Im sure he deals with his fair share of angry customers due to wait times. Hope the people of GP can show a little patience towards food workers in these situations.
