Tokyo Ichiban Japanese - Grande Prairie

This place is amazing and the food is delicious please check them out. the ambiance Is quite good and reminds me of some shops from Japan. the service was fast and easy going and the servers were very polit.

It's fine. Kind of pricey. Nothing amazing. And the gyoza all came burned together and upside down. No real care or attention to detail. An entire empty restaurant to choose from and they immediately sit a bunch of kids right beside us. Unimpressed.

Excellent, fast and fresh. There is a little something for everyone. The vegetable tempura is a huge hit with the kids.

First sushi run since arriving in Grande Prairie, AB. Very excited, to experience the sushi scene in Alberta. The service was very prompt, we were seated within minutes. While reviewing the menu, every other minute after flipping past a page in the menu one of the servers would come up and ask if we were ready to order, literarily back to back to back. Service is a bit rushed, experiencing a dining setting and mood is very important. Nevertheless, we had the Spicy Awesome Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll for appetizer. These came out within minutes, speedy service once the ball gets rolling, the presentation was very detailed and colourful. Our main dishes being Chirashi sushi and Katsu Donburi were excellent. Both were served with sticky sushi rice and vegetables. Overall the experience was Good , I will need to return a few more times before I can really rate the full Tokyo Ichiban experience.
