Chipotle Mexican Grill - Grandview

Terrible customer service, Aniah had an attitude making my partner and I bowls literally rolled her eyes on everything I said I wanted on the bowls. You guys should put her in the back or something cause she said she hates working here cause of people like me. I’m not sure what I did to her. I wanted guacamole on just the chicken bowl but she put it on both. I didn’t wanted to correct her or tell her cause of her attitude.

Save your time and go elsewhere. I went today and they were out of fajita veggies, so I requested a salad instead. They made my entire meal, had me pay for it, and then informed me they were out of salad dressing. Chipotle Customer Service offered me a free drink for my troubles, since apparently having the salad dressing is not important for a salad ??? What a joke. Their customer service used to be much better, but since they outsource to India like every other place now, you get the least empathetic and understanding individuals to handle your issue. Drive the extra distance to Lee's Summit or Belton, at least they take care of their customers there. This location could not give less of a you know what.

Wouldn't attempt to come here after 4 pm. Very busy. Bring types of payment because usually either the card machine is down or they aren't accepting cash.

One time They just ran out of rice??!?! How the heck does CHIPOTLE run out of rice. Then today they just won't take in person orders.Update: One day I just walk in and they aren't doing in person orders???. But I can order online and sit for 40

I have been to this chipotle 3 times and they have never had their **** together. Disorganized, slow, and not consistent. Today I order a steak burrito with double everything at 10:30am to be picked up at 11am, it took them until 11:15am to even start this order. The pick up area is a massive cluster, no signs or lines indicating where people should go. Pick up orders are never on the shelf but must be delivered by one of the cooks.After i picked up I pulled a sorry excuse of a burrito that is half the size of any respectable burrito. Then I bit into it and discovered why it was so small, they didn't put any rice in it, I ordered double brown rice, there was also NO CHEESE???? I ordered double as well. Seriously one of the worst Chipotle experiences near KC. I will not be back ever.
