I was so excited by the many excellent reviews of the food being so delicious and healthy. There is not one review that is bad. The food tastes processed and lacks flavor and freshness. The meals were not what we had hoped for. I don't recommend. Unless the company can figure out a better way to truly make the food delivery a local and fresher product it is too much like getting typical prepackaged frozen foods.

In addition to my tasty and healthy shake, I enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation! Lots of options and flavors available. If you are looking for a meal replacement shake that is not based in whey or soy, they have a pea protein option. Yay!
