Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The female employee appeared unhappy as she haphazardly tossed the pizza dough without measuring anything. She was rude when giving me my poorly wrapped pizza, with toppings falling off. The takeout service for dinner cost $30-50 per person, and the overall service rating is a 1.

A few weeks ago, we tried the chicken Thai pizza and absolutely loved it. It was the best pizza we had ever tasted, so we decided to order it again this week. However, this time they forgot to put the sweet chili sauce on it, leaving us with a dry pizza that was just crust and toppings. It was flavorless and dry, making us question whether we will order from this restaurant again. Our order confirmation number is #21569685733490688.

I visited the Grandview location around 7 on Friday evening. There was only one young woman working at the counter. The restaurant was empty, both inside and in the drive-through. Despite our presence, the young woman did not acknowledge us and continued to work on a pizza without looking up. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I finally asked if someone could assist us. She mumbled a reply without making eye contact. Shortly after, a young man brought out some pizza trays and then disappeared into the back room. After being ignored for another 2 minutes, we decided to leave. The customer service was terrible and we do not plan on returning.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. We had to wait a long time for just one pizza to be made. There was a man at the window for quite some time, and the employees did not seem to be in any rush to help him or the other customers waiting in store. Overall, the service was slow and inefficient. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $1 to $10.

Seems like they don’t know how to answer the phone! Been trying off and on for the past few months. Every time I call to order. The phone rings or is disconnected.
