Jimmy John's - Grandville

The sandwiches were big, the staff was welcoming, and the order was accurate!

The woman on the phone and the delivery person were extremely kind! I accidentally provided the wrong number for the delivery, so they couldn't reach me to enter my building. The sandwich was returned to the restaurant, but when I called, they were very friendly and remade the sandwich for me free of charge.

I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich that I'm allergic to and guess what is in it.

We got this Jimmy John's for dinner and my husband's sandwich was wrong and they delivered us another new correct sandwich. Excellent customer service and working very hard even when understaffed (I assume since everyone is hiring right now)

I did not order from here! I used the Jimmy John's app to place my order today. I included a 25% tip for the driver, which is the highest amount available on the app. Unfortunately, my food arrived over an hour later. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
