Ruth's Chris Steak House - Granger

Our waiter, Andy, was terrific. He knew his menu and wine lists, and made great recommendations as a result of our inquiries. The food was great, the wine was great and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend Andy as your preferred waiter if you want above board service.

Food and service were great. The steaks and burger were fantastic, and the sides were also excellent. We were very pleased with our experience. It's been a long time since we visited this restaurant. The quality has definitely improved since our last visit.

Our service was superb. Thank you Sydney! The booths in the bar are cozy and private but, for those on the plump size, very uncomfortable. And, the tables aren't movable. The food choices were wonderful. Very tasty for a chain.

Our server Andy needs a little more training. Showed us pictures on his phone of his family. Little too comfortable talking about personal life than serving us. Disappointed with my entrée and the coffee had lots of coffee grounds in it. Had no spoon to stir sugar and creamer. He was too busy to refill beverages.

My server Tyson was amazing, he's the reason my experience was overall better. Let's begin, at entering and giving our name for the reservation...not even two minutes past when this overly enforcing voice tells out to my guests that no outside beverages were allowed. He yelled. We are adults, this is not a cafeteria. This is fine dining. You politely approach the guests and inform them, not yell across the waiting area at them. Extremely unprofessional. Thank the universe for Tyson, his lovely attitude made it better. The food was ok, the steaks were on the chewy side. It tasted like a chain restaurant steak. One of my guest had to get her steak cooked twice which was a bummer. I had dinner a day prior at Cafe Navarre and their steak melted, not chewy. Dessert looked pale, dry for the norm of what bread pudding should be. Overall underwhelmed for what Ruth's Chris use to be in higher standards and quality.
