The Habit Burger Grill - Granite Bay

This is a local burger place. They have internal or external seats. The burgers are on average in size and taste. They offer the usual range of fixations and condiments. The offer Burger individually or as meals. They offer frits and onion rings. The onion rings can be substituted for the frits. The ketchup for the frits is in a large container and you pump into small single serving cups. These cups are a little too small to dip your onion rings. They offer soft drinks and various flavors and sizes of milkshakes. This is a good place to eat for a quick bite. We ordered three burgers meals and one of the burgers was still red inside, it was not completely boiled. The other two were boiled. This along with the fact that the seating area is not so clean the reason for three stars. There were remains on the chairs. We left the surface cleaner when we were done when we arrived. Maybe they have a staff problem. I would recommend giving them an attempt to just make sure that the food is cooked completely and get food if possible.

The staff at the counter won't take your order, claiming they don't have enough personnel, even though one employee stands idle for several minutes, waiting to hand out food. The line at the kiosk is incredibly long because many people are unfamiliar with how to use it efficiently. It’s quite frustrating, especially when you're on a short lunch break.

Good food and excellent service with a very pleasant cashier. Music is a pain in the neck though and it's always too loud. Even when they lower the sound upon request it's still part of each tables conversion.

This was my first visit in over a year after having a bad experience. I complained to corporate and rhey sent me a gift card to come back. It was exceptional! I'll be back.

Great location and always fast service and great food! They an outside patio that you can eat at as well and unlimited refills on drinks. Great place for kids meals as well with great optional sides such as sliced apples instead of French fries...Who would eat a burger without French fries though.
