Burger King - Granite City

Thank you, Tina, for being such a wonderful manager. We left another restaurant feeling very disappointed and came to your Burger King, where we were taken care of exceptionally well. I only wish the dining room could stay open longer on Sunday evenings.

The food was good, warm, and prepared when I arrived at the window, but there was a very long line. I ordered the family bundle meal, which is my go-to choice for my mom, my sister, and myself. The promotional codes change every month, but they’re always included in the ads that come in the mail. I did notice that their prices have gone up significantly, and although there’s new management, they're not as friendly as the previous team. The new manager had an attitude problem and seemed indifferent to the concerns I raised. I would prefer not to interact with her again.

Bk is my favorite among fast food burgers. I ordered the two-for-five Jr Whopper deal. The person taking my order was very thorough, and the one who delivered the food at the window was polite. However, the kitchen mistakenly sent out both burgers with cheese, even though one was supposed to be without. The food was piping hot—so hot, in fact, that it felt like it might burn through the bag!

Haven't been here in 3 years. On the road need a quick bite. Need Burger without bun (ketotarian) for what you pay, a couple of mouths full. Wow. They can keep it. Taste wasn't great. My dog liked the fries.

Ordered 5 French toast sticks and half of both were raw because the cashier says ?they were stuck together?. Personally when you?re working for fast food you always have to as yourself, ?how would I cook these? or ?would I eat this?????????????
